About me

Hi, my name is Jason, and I've been working in the enamel pins industry for over 8 years. My journey began in the production workshop, where I started as a hands-on worker. Over the years, I gained firsthand experience in every key process of pin manufacturing: from molding and stamping/die casting to color filling, plating, and packaging.

Working directly on the production line taught me not just the technical skills, but also the value of quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. I developed a deep understanding of how a great enamel pin is made — and how much effort goes into every step.

In 2022, I made a big decision: I left the factory I had worked at for years and began learning digital marketing. I wanted to bridge the gap between traditional manufacturing and the growing online market for custom enamel pins.

By 2023, I joined the team at EnamelPinCustom, a professional enamel pin manufacturer, where I now focus on marketing and customer communication. I help clients from around the world bring their custom pin ideas to life, combining my production knowledge with my passion for digital outreach.

This blog is a space where I share what I’ve learned — from behind-the-scenes factory insights to tips on designing and ordering custom enamel pins. Whether you're a designer, a small business, or just someone curious about how these tiny works of art are made, I hope you’ll find helpful information here.

Thank you for visiting my blog. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
